Following assignment/projects are not covered under the scope of support services but can taken up as special project for which a separate statement of work shall be prepared. Delivery models (on-site/off-shore/combo of on-site/off-shore) and pricing models (time & material/fixed bit/combo) can be decided mutually while finalizing the statement of work for these assignments.

- performance issues related to hardware limitation
