Design and Implement Organizations: Structure the Sterling environment using Organizations, Participants, and user hierarchies to support complex multi-brand or regional models.

Configure Omnichannel Scenarios: Set up advanced Sourcing Rules, Service Capacity, and Distributed Order Management (DOM) logic to enable Buy Online, Pickup In Store (BOPIS), Ship-from-Store, and Drop Ship fulfillment.

Model Business Processes: Define, modify, and manage Order and Fulfillment Pipelines (Process Modeling) using Statuses, Conditions, and Transactions to orchestrate the entire order lifecycle.

Manage Inventory and Promising: Configure Global Inventory Visibility (GIV), Real-Time Availability Monitoring (RTAM), and Allocation Rules to ensure accurate order promising (ATP/CTP).

Administer Cloud Tools: Utilize the Application Manager, Sterling Business Center, and Order Hub for day-to-day configuration changes and operational monitoring.

Implementing Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) strategies:
- Ship-from-Store (SFS) and Buy Online, Pickup In Store (BOPIS).
- Drop Ship Vendor (DSV) integration setup.
Using the DOM Optimizer for scheduling and sourcing execution.

Statuses and Transitions: Defining custom order and line statuses.
Transactions and Events: Understanding how transactions (e.g., Release, Schedule) move the order.
Service Definition Framework (SDF): Functionally configuring basic services and transactions (e.g., email notification services).
