Course Overview

Get Certified in Guidewire ClaimCenter – Learn Claims Workflows, Business Rules & End-to-End Insurance Operations with Hands-On Practice.

The Iteanz Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst Training is designed to equip Business Analysts and Insurance Professionals with comprehensive functional knowledge of the world’s leading Property & Casualty (P&C) claims management system. ClaimCenter is an end-to-end management solution that handles the entire claims lifecycle—from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) to settlement and closing.

This course focuses on the "Out-of-the-Box" (OOTB) capabilities of the software, enabling BAs to conduct effective Gap Analysis, write precise User Stories, and configure business rules without the need for coding. Participants will learn how to modernize claims operations to improve adjuster efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Prerequisites

To derive the maximum benefit from this course, attendees should have:

  • Fundamental understanding of P&C Insurance concepts (Policy, Coverage, Liability, Deductibles).
  • Basic familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or Agile methodologies.
  • Note: No programming/coding knowledge (Gosu/Java) is required.
